This workout is a physical and mental challenge. There are four 8 minute rounds. Each round consists of 5 anaerobic efforts (Short/Very Hard) and 1 sustained effort.

Plus 3 minutes Moderate
The challenge is to have the aggression and desperation to make the short efforts hard enough, whilst also having the discipline and resilience to maintain your effort for an additional 3 minutes after the final 40 seconds.
